Our brand new state-of-the-art storage facility is located right off of I65 in Clarksville, Indiana. Our storage units start out at 5'x10'and go all the way up to 10'x30'. The 10'x30' unit is large enough to store a small house worth of belongings. Our entire facility has drive up access and first floor storage for easy loading and unloading of your boxes or furniture. No stairs to climb. You can pull your rental truck or trailer right next to your storage unit and start unloading. We also have indoor storage sizes that can store small cars and trucks. All sizes are available for rent on a month to month basis. No contracts needed.
We have four sizes of heated and cooled units available for rent. Storage Unit Sizes include 5'x8', 5'x10', 10'x10' and 10'x20'. Keep your items safe from extreme temperatures by renting one of our heated and cooled spaces.
Our storage units are surrounded by a high chain link fence, secured with lighted isles and monitored 24 hours a day with cameras mounted on all the buildings. Each tennant has their own secure passcode to enter our facility. So we can track who enters the facility and when, if need be.
Our facility is located directly off I65. Just after the Lewis and Clark Parkway exit and before the Eastern Blvd exit. Our neighbors include the Concrete Lady and the Sportsdrome Speedway. Our clients who typically rent from our Clarksville, Indiana location live in Clarksville, Jeffersonville and the New Albany area. Our facility borders all of these counties so it allows easy access for everyone.
Our onsite manager, Ray Edwards, keeps office hours to make it easy for people to know exactly what they are renting. He can help you choose the proper size you need and answer any questions you may have. Our facility also has a 24 hour kiosk so you can rent a unit even though Ray is away. Once you rent a unit, you have 24 hour gate access to your storage unit.
