What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
Anytime Storage offers many different unit sizes to accommodate any of your storage needs. A complete list of units and a size guide is available in Sizes & Rates.
Should I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure the space you need is available, we recommend you Reserve a Unit.Reservations will be honored for 7 days.
How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
On average, it should take 10-15 minutes to complete your transaction and can be completed 24 hours a day at our self-serve kiosk. A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit
How long do I have to sign up for? How much notice must be given when I move out?Anytime Storage offers a month to month lease, no contracts and no long term commitments. A 10 day notice is required to move-out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided to you at move-in.
How and when can I make a payment?
Payments can be made 24/7 at the self-serve kiosk, online at the Anytime-Storage.com website by clicking on Make a Payment, or in the office. An after-hours drop box is available for your convenience. Please DO NOT put cash in the after-hours drop box. We accept cash, check, money order, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). You can always arrange to have a payment automatically charged to your credit card.
Do you provide a lock for the storage space?
You provide a lock and key, so that you are the only one with access to your unit. Anytime Storage offers affordable locks at our convenient self-serve kiosk (always open 24/7).
Do I need insurance for my items?
Anytime Storage does NOT carry insurance on your personal property. Insurance on your personal property in the unit is highly recommended.
What are your hours of operation?
At Anytime Storage, you have access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through the self-service kiosk a representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facility?
No, Anytime Storage does not sell boxes and packing supplies.
If I forget my gate code, how can I access my unit?
Your gate code can be retrieved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our self-serve kiosk.
How can I update my account information?
You can update your account information from the Anytime-Storage website by clicking on My Account or at our self-serve kiosk.
